Sending a direct brief

You don’t always have to go to market and use Genie’s matching algorithm to book people via Genie.

You can also send your brief to an individual or a group of specific people that are in your Talent Network on Genie. This means your brief will only go to those people.

There are 2 key steps in their process.

– Step 1: Send the talent the brief and wait for their response.

– Step 2: Send the talent a booking request.
(If you don’t send a booking request then the talent has not been booked on your brief).

You can use this process to rebook talent if the scope of work they were originally booked for has now changed.
