Marco Ontano - Snr Integrated Designer/ AD. Marco can art direct, but prefers to be the designer and bring concepts to life.
Marco is a senior designer with a keen eye for high end fashion and cars. He was born in Genoa Italy and studied Fine Art and Visual comms in the UK. Most of his career has been with Leo Burnett WorldWide in Italy where he worked himself up fast to be a CD. Although a lot of his work is around cars and fashion, he also has some sport, FMCG and has worked on most categories. He is a designer at heart, loves to craft things based on a strong idea. His book also shows some of the work he has done that is more idea based, but you can get a sense of it all in there. Hugely passionate about great work. We love the Adidas print executions in the 'portfolio' section. He is also a professor of Print Design at European Institute of Design.

WILDCARD: Mototake Makishima - Design Director. Mototake can lead teams and directs his own films. High end fashion specialist, but can extend his work across sectors.
Mototake was Head of Graphic Design UK at Swarovski. He led the in-house creative team, working on a variety of projects, from digital to integrated campaigns, print, art directing photo shoots, films, VM, POS and exhibition design. He was responsible for the whole branding including visual identity, packaging, advertising and VM for a new home décor brand called Atelier Swarovski Home. He also art directed Alexander McQueen' Savage Beauty booklet. His recent film for the British fashion brand Toogood has won three awards to date including Best Message at Copenhagen Fashion Film Festival in 2017.

(REMOTE WORKING) Olivier Lafaysse - Snr AD/Designer with love for the digital world. Cannes winning work that truly stands out and shows a lovely creative mindset.
A french senior art director with a very strong design background. Olivier came from France in 2015 to work at McCann London. He has some beautiful work in his portfolio - most award winning is "The Sounds of the City" for Talyse Trains, but we also really like the Facebook campaign for Monoprix. He left McCann so he could push his creative ambition and continue to work more on the digital side. He started freelancing in 2016 with a long stint on Adidas at Iris Culture and has been booked most weeks ever since. He is a wonderful person to work with.
