They did almost a year as CD's at R/GA before being hired as CD's at Anomaly in 2017, but left after a year to pursue Clients with a bigger creative ambition. Henrik is Swedish and Ben is French so they can also help with global campaigns as well as local. Work to take note of is: Turkish Airlines, Diesel and Paddy Power.

Arnab is a copywriter and a professional comedian. He stumbled his way into advertising after Mother got hold of him for some freelance in 2012 which extended to W&K, Creature, Brothers & Sisters and back at Mother. Originally born in Leeds, but travelled the world and studied economics in the US. Arnab has written jokes for several TV hosts and had quite the career with stand up, acting and also worked as radio producer, planning and implementing radio sketch shows for Radio 4. A lovely talented young man.

Maggi is a writer and a creative director. She's 10 years into the advertising industry, worked in New York and London on brands such as Google, MTV, Microsoft and Royal Caribbean. Some career highlights include nearly shooting a Super Bowl spot, writing Christmas songs about car parts, doing handstands for a whisky distillery and creating an ice cave for an Olympic skater. She specialises in social content and integrated campaigns but she's done a bit of everything, from million dollar TV adverts to banners and brochures – and all the other digital, traditional and experiential stuff in between.

Francesco Grandi's Canadian/Italian and prior to becoming a creative, Francesco aged 21 launched his own fashion magazine. He left Canada to teach business English to businesses in Italy, but quickly joined the advertising world to flex his creative muscles. He spent a year at O&M in Canada followed by TBWA/ Toronto for 3 years, then a further 18 months at Cundari as a writer and finally a year at Rethink before moving over to Amsterdam to join 180. He then got poached over to the UK by Dan Fisher to join the Martin agency. Work of note: funny (Casey's), smart (Uber Safe) and different.

Lydia started as a creative copywriter at Creature working on brands such as Carling, Green Party and Anchor before going to Vice where as a senior creative in the brand team for their TV channel, VICELAND she worked across all of the show and brand campaigns whilst also heading up Vice Labs - the branded content arm. She is now pursuing creative opportunities that effect culture and ideally lean towards youth culture and content creation. She also latterly has some experience with directing a few projects and has been developing short-form and entertainment formats for brands and broadcast.

Dom is a senior middleweight writer. He started off his career with a Creative ad course at Falmouth followed by 4 years at Grey London working under people like Nils Leonard and Dave Monk. This is where he was the creative lead on the WildAid campaign that put him on the map (so to speak), but also got to cut his teeth on HSBC, Lucozade, Emirates, Greene King, Volvo, Vodafone and News UK. In 2016 Dom moved to McCann writing work for Subway, MasterCard, Microsoft, XBOX, Cereal Partners, Premier Food as well as for luxury experience on Pandora and Godiva. Dom is also quite entrepreneurial and likes a new challenge.
