Al started off as an art director, but found himself writing a lot more scripts/work and now sees himself as a writer. He started his career with a couple of years at Tribal DDB before going into BBH for another few years. In 2010 he went freelance for the first time, with stints at BBDO Guerrera and Mother London. Then hired at RKCR/Y&R (now Y&R) where he spent the next 4 years. He has freelanced since 2014 (Mother, Lucky Generals, Bros & Sis +++) and consistently made award-winning work throughout. He’s also set up his own music and promotions company, the Guardian called him ‘the hottest promoter in the UK - 2017).

Duncan is a brilliant conceptual creative, who also loves long copy. He started off in house, writing copy for Superdry followed by a few years as a newspaper correspondent and then a year working as a creative writer for branding agency Flourish. This is when he discovered the ad course at Watford. After which he did some placements and got hired at Fallon and then poached to CHI & Partners. He's about 7 years into his career now and decided to go freelance in 2017 to see what other agencies ands brands are like to work with. He's worked on Retail (Argos), media (NY times), Confectionary (Cadbury) and much more.

Francesca Scalon - Art Director with a Design background. Lovely craft and strong skills in both conceptual and art direction/ design.
Francesca is a great art director with a background in design. Originally from Milan, she spent her first 4 and a bit years working as an art director at TBWA Milan, but was soon seen as such a valuable asset to the Apple team that she was moved over to the London office. In London she worked as an art director at MAL for just over 3 years before she decided to go freelance. Her portfolio is full of beautiful art direction and craft. She has a section for her design work and for her more conceptual/ art direction led work as well.

Ed would describe himself as a digital revolutionist and brand story teller. Recently returned from Canada where he ran McDonalds at Cossette he created huge integrated campaigns that lived in all channels. Working in every social space, producing bespoke campaigns for different platforms, breaking instagram records and creating an existential YouTube masthead about Big Mac that got 35 million clicks in 24 hours. From HHCL, to St Lukes to Leo Burnetts he has produced wonderful brand stories for the likes of Nintendo, FreeView, Tango, McDonalds, government awareness for Drugs/Drink drving and many more.

Tim Menko - Mid/Snr, Creative Copywriter with a PR and social strength. Bi-lingual creative from Amsterdam with a host of media neutral ideas.
Tim is a Dutch / english creative who trained in London and has worked both here and in Amsterdam. He started out in an entertainment/gaming specialist agency and later moved into more consumer and traditional ad agencies such as Iris, Sid Lee and TBWA. He has a thirst for work that generates PR and engagement, has created products, events and stunts as well as written TVCs with a humorous and human insight. Clients have included Albert Heijn supermarket, Douwe Egberts coffee, Adidas, Vichy, Paramount and Disney, Maxi-Cosy and Heineken.

Justin is a senior middleweight writer who started his creative career at TBWA in 2011 before moving to Creature for almost 3 years in 2014. Since then he has been a freelance creative at places like W&K, 101, O&M and spent almost a year with Comic relief. Michaela is a great art director who started her career at Beta working on Jackpotjoy, Gumtree, Thomas Cook, Royal Mail, ATEST, Iceland and the British Skin Foundation. That was followed by almost 2 years at Red Brick Road and a further 2 years at Above and Beyond. She's freelanced with TAG since 2016 and there's a lot of Tesco work in her book to show for it. Can think through the line and happy to work in a team or on her own and brilliant with fast turnaround briefs.
