Andy is a fully integrated creative and marketing director, he has been ECD of several agencies and is happy doing both the writing and art direction. Having won 8 Lions he continues to prove his fresh creative mind time and time again. His direction on the campaign for Royal British Legions made it one of their most impressive campaigns to date. Another great example is his work for Toshiba which has elements of PR, digital, social and traditional executions all rolled in together. Andy and Phil, a senior team with a great entrepreneurial spirit. Andy (cw) spent 10 years at St Lukes, 1 at BBH and then a further 7 years at Leo Burnett where he met Phil. Phil (Art director, designer, illustrator) spent almost 12 years at Leo's and one at McCann's before he went freelance. Phil makes designs for t-shirts and builds bikes, Andy launched Guandong Enterprises, selling ‘The Wrong Royal Wedding mug’. It went viral and he sold 7000 mugs in two days. Johnny Leathers and Jack Stephens - Snr CD level team, with proven track record of big famous campaigns
Johnny and Jack have both had long successful careers separately at agencies such as BBH, AMV, Publicis, Lowe both winning awards for much loved campaigns and working on brands like Heinz, Stella Artois, Renault, Nationwide and Audi. Since freelancing they have worked on numerous projects across advertising, digital, experiential, healthcare and B2B agencies, plus some clients directly. Both bring a level of craft and experience to their work, Johnny being strong on art direction and Jack a brilliant copywriter.

Brett Gascoigne & SarahWood - Snr team who are completely media neutral. They can do anything and everything you need them to do and they will do it well
Brett & Sarah worked together while they were at Euros/ Havas. They come from a more integrated background, and as a result have a great appreciation for every touchpoint in the customer journey. They are about 12 years in and teamed up again in 2016. Their Email for EasyJet got fantastic response, they helped do a completely integrated campaign for Credit confidential. Sarah helped Dove extend their campaign for the first time into a more social world which has also been very successful. They can do long copy, digital, direct, TV and are incredibly nice people who we always get positive feedback on.

Matt Gilbert and Dave Tokely - Snr/CD team. Experience in all media, competent craft and big on ideas, From agencies including VCCP, Glue and Ogilvy.
Matt and Dave met at Publicis working on mostly b-t-l, they went on to get hired by VCCP and smashed it with their Anti-binge drinking campaign "You wouldnt start a night like this". Following a period freelancing for a number of creative agencies where they honed the art of being good, fast and nice they went on to have permanent roles at Glue Isobar and Atomic London. The've worked on NatWest, The Sun, Adidas, Amex and Star Alliance among many other brands and aim to engage their audience with high level of craft or an idea or experience to move them in some way whatever the media.

Joanne Oatts & Mark Winter - Snr integrated team, social, emails, TV +. Produce their own podcasts and short films, proper makers and doers!
Joanne and Mark are a senior fully integrated team who write, produce, direct and never sleep. They are idea machines when it comes to branded content, something they have a long history of producing. Joanne has a journalism degree and a St Martins Illustration background. Mark came from a stand up comedy/ perform background, before they teamed up and have been freelancing together ever since. Incredibly versatile, emails, websites TV and social ideas. They love tech and produced a podcast about AI and bots. They both have lots of side projects (produced short films, full on podcasts and radio shows).

Ravi Beeharry & Andy Mancuso, Snr/CD team with media and digital experience. Brilliant work on Maison du Monde and have a very British sense of humour.
Ravy and Andy (Randy) have been working as an advertising creative duo for nearly 20 years, the bulk of which was spent at VCCP (9 years) working across iconic brands like o2, Coke Zero, 118-118 and Hyundai. They also helped on some launches (UK launch of iPhone, The o2, very.co.uk, Fabulous Fingers) followed by a years freelance at Forever Beta working on Google, Friends Provident and Mizuno. In 2014 they joined Bauer Media as Creative Directors to work across their portfolio of brands and then they were reunited with Rooney Carruthers and joined George & Dragon in December 2015.

Jez Willy / Wayne Hanson - CD team, grown ups with a great portfolio. Great pitch winning team with good energy and experience.
Great creative ambition and completely focused on making the best work. While at Karmarama they helped win PlusNet and also did a superb job on Radio 1 Hackney weekend. Since Karmarama they have been into Fold 7 a fair bit helping them win Hilton hotels and coming up with a brilliant idea for Carlsberg (chuggers) for the 2016 Euro's. They have also worked at R/GA helping on pitches, had an idea bought by Specsavers and they helped Brothers & Sisters win uSwitch.

Matt Skolar and Eoghain Clarke - Snr-CD team, a fantastic book of great TV and smart ideas. (Free from the 12th Nov)
Matt and Eoghain (Matt & Egg) are a senior team who spent most of their careers at Saatchi & Saatchi. They were there 10 years before being made ECD's of Team Saatchi. They have been freelancing since 2016 years and their book is full of good work that I'm sure you'll recognise. They spent a long gig at GTB and always bring quality to a brief.

Gary Anderson & Mike Durban - Snr team, newly formed team with bags of experience and famous work!
Gary & Mike both have work that most people in the creative industry and the rest of the planet has seen and loved. They have just recently teamed up and are looking to prove themselves. Mike is ex WCRS and then AMV. Gary has worked at agencies including Fallon, Wieden and Kennedy, Adam&Eve, 72andSunny and BBH. A proper hard hitting team this, big ideas that make people take notice.

Gavin Kellett & David Hillyard - Snr/CD team who welcome any challenge. Both CD's and have a very strong ATL portfolio. A grown up team that delivers. Gavin and Dave met at Saatchi's in 1991, and have worked together since 2009. They’ve been Creative Directors, Creative Partners and Group Heads, looked after big pieces of business, both in the UK and worldwide, and between them they’ve won lots of awards, including five D&AD Silver Pencils and nine Cannes Lions. They might look more traditional from some of the work in their portfolio, but hand them a problem and they will give you a creative answer to anything.

Joseph Tedder / Joseph Kiers - Snr team, digital minds and directors. A mix of digital and craft film experience makes them a very interesting team.
Joe & Sef met while they were at (Hyper)Naked in 2010. Before that they had separately worked at 4 Creative, Mother and Forever Beta. They are a senior team and worked together at CHI before they went freelance to give them time to focus on their Directing careers as well. Today they do a bit of both, their background in digital agencies and their knowledge and experience with film make them a pretty unique team that love to work on any problem. Their book is nicely broken down to show you their breadth and experience so far.

James Springall & Samantha Pantha - Snr team with brilliant craft. Both are successful artists on the side, with a great record of agency work.
James and Sam are both artists on the side, but still like to stretch their lateral thinking muscles on some creative briefs. Both are incredibly nice, talented and been to some brilliant agencies. James started off at Lowe in 2001, then went to 4 Creative in 2006. He left to go freelance after 3 years and met Sam while at Strawberry Frog in Amsterdam. Since then they have worked together starting off at Droga 5, Sid Lee, 180 Amsterdam, Mother and the list goes on. Gorgeous craft work, smart and very funny. A great team who really like to push the work to do something that completely stands out.

Gary & Victoria Martin-highly awarded hugely experienced snr team. Worked on a host of products & services, both in agencies, and direct to client.
Victoria and Gary have a broad body of work that includes naming and developing brands from scratch, winning pitches, initiating new campaigns and picking up the mantle on existing ones. They are experts at coming up with big, clear ideas and deploying them across all channels. They are happy to work either in-house or remotely. From Iconic Levis or Audi ads to comedic pilot series for broadcast to creating a luxury brand these two can turn their creative minds to an array of projects. Gary also has fashion/retail in-house experience at TK Maxx to add to his CV also.
