Sam Ball - CD and founder of Lean Mean Fighting Machine. An outstanding talent, smart energetic and kind.
A creative leader with energy, passion and a huge appetite for ideas that challenge conventions. A true collaborator brings people together to achieve results. He and his ex-partner Dave were made CDs of Tribal DDB a few years later before eventually leaving to set up the brilliant digitally led agency Lean Mean Fighting Machine. Winning multiple awards for their work from Cannes Lions to D&AD pencils, Clios, Webbies and also the first UK agency to be Cannes Digital Agency of the Year in 2008. He has created fun, engaging and sometimes risky campaigns for Domestos, Emirates Airline, VW, Heineken, Strongbow, Dr Pepper and more.

Tim is an ex R/GA CD from a copy background with 10 yrs industry experience. Copy, concepting, pitching + presenting Tim has done it all.
From a mostly digital agency background Tim has created stories for brands and integrated thinking across all digital platforms and media. He has been a CD at Razorfish and R/GA leading projects for brands such as Rexona (and other Unilever brands), McDonalds, Microsoft, and most recently led the Guinness account where he produced high quality content and experiences including a VR tasting enhancer for the beer leading to engagement with a wider younger growing audience.

Anna Grudeva & Martin Jeyes - Mid/Snr team, great social & tv work. She can design (UX and graphics) and he is a wordsmith. Can work in any media.
Anna and Martin are a great integrated senior middleweight team. Anna (Bulgarian) was a UX designer for Amazon in another life, while Martin (British) has combined his creative duties with being chief proofreader at one agency. They have separately had stints at Adam & Eve/DDB, VCCP, BMB, CHI & partners, 4Creative and finally Quiet Storm where they met and worked together for most of 2017/18 . Worth having a look at their work for Vimto. Haribo is in there to show they can also work on tricky briefs.

Alex Milic & Vitor Mainho: Snr Integrated duo, big ideas, strong craft. Big on fashion/lifestyle brands, storty-telling and beautiful executions.
Before teaming up Vitor worked at a number of agencies in the Saatchi&Saatchi / Publicis network across Europe, learning strong craft skills, 360 concept creation and valuable client facing exp. Alex's experience includes in-house and digital/content agency work at places such as Burberry, LAD Bible, Nike so brings a modern, social/cultural vibe to the team. From a documentary piece for Adidas to TVCs and online food stories for Asda no job is too big or too small for this team who bring a well blended mix of craft and ideation to the table.

Matt Gilbert & Dave Tokely - Snr/CD team. Experience in all media, competent craft and big on ideas. From agencies including VCCP, Glue and Ogilvy.
Matt and Dave met at Publicis and went on to get hired by VCCP, where they produced their Anti-binge drinking campaign "You wouldn’t start a night like this". Following a period freelancing for a number of creative agencies where they honed the art of being good, fast and nice they went on to have permanent roles at Glue Isobar and Atomic London. The've worked on NatWest, The Sun, Adidas, Amex and Star Alliance among many other brands and aim to engage their audience with high level of craft or an idea or experience to move them in some way whatever the media.

Joanne Oatts & Mark Winter - Snr integrated team, social, emails, TV +. Produce their own podcasts and short films, proper makers and doers!
Joanne and Mark are a senior fully integrated team who write, produce, direct and never sleep. They are idea machines when it comes to branded content, something they have a long history of producing. Joanne has a journalism degree and a St Martins Illustration background. Mark came from a stand up comedy/ perform background, before they teamed up and have been freelancing together ever since. Incredibly versatile, emails, websites TV and social ideas. They love tech and produced a podcast about AI and bots. They both have lots of side projects (produced short films, full on podcasts and radio shows).

Alex Shapowal & Gary Turner - Snr Team, Big Ideas that break through. Big integrated campaigns or small executions, these guys like any challenge.
Alex and Gary are a multi award-winning team with over 14 years’ experience creating fresh, insightful ways to engage, entertain and inform. They met while they were in Publicis London and have been freelancing since 2017 at agencies like Atomic, DDB tribal, HAVAS, Forever Beta and others. Whether it’s small, specific executions or big, integrated solutions, they love to think of ideas that breakthrough and stand out from the crowd.

Joseph Tedder & Joseph Kiers - Snr team, digital minds and directors. A mix of digital and craft film experience makes them a very interesting team.
Joe & Sef met while they were at (Hyper) Naked in 2010. Before that they had separately worked at 4 Creative, Mother and Forever Beta. They worked together at CHI before they went freelance to give them time to focus on their Directing careers as well. Today they do a bit of both, their background in digital agencies and their knowledge and experience with film make them a pretty unique team that love to work on any problem. Their book is nicely broken down to show you their breadth and experience so far.

Matt Skolar & Eoghain Clarke - Snr/CD team, a fantastic book of great TV and smart ideas.
Matt and Eoghain (Matt & Egg) are a senior team who spent most of their careers at Saatchi & Saatchi. They were there 10 years before being made ECD's of Team Saatchi. They have been freelancing since 2016 and their book is full of good work that I'm sure you'll recognise. They spent a long gig at GTB and always bring quality to a brief.

Brett Gascoigne & Sarah Wood - Snr team who are completely media neutral. They can do anything and everything you need them to do and they will do it well
Brett & Sarah worked together while they were at Euros/ Havas. They come from a more integrated background, and as a result have a great appreciation for every touchpoint in the customer journey. They are about 12 years in and teamed up again in 2016. Their Email for EasyJet got fantastic response, they helped do a completely integrated campaign for Credit Confidential. Sarah helped Dove extend their campaign for the first time into a more social world which has also been very successful. They can do long copy, digital, direct, TV and are incredibly nice people who always get positive feedback.

Eduardo Boldrini & Alex Rose - Snr/a-CD team, award winning 360 team. A Brazilian/British a/CD team, over 10 years experience with design and ideas.
Alex and Eduardo are a senior integrated/ big idea team. Ed is Brazilian, he came to London in 2014 after 12 years as a creative writer in Brazil (JWT Sao Paolo, Escala and Ogilvy). He started off freelancing in London and eventually got hired at McCann Worldgroup. Alex met Ed during his time at TMS, he comes from a graphic design background and has spent 10 years working as a designer/ Art director in a range of agencies both design and conceptual. They left McCann in 2018 where they recently won awards for their work on Felix and MasterCard. Really kind and a great attitude to any brief.
