Rick Dodds - ECD level CW, One of the most awarded creatives in the UK. A fantastic creative to work with who can also direct. (AVAILABLE from 12th Oct)
Rick has an exceptional track of work that not only is highly awarded, but also stands out and inspires brands to go further and be braver. He made some great work while at Saatchi & Saatchi in London with T-mobile Dance and welcome back. That was followed up with The European tour which he wrote and shot. That took Rick and his old partner to Droga NY to work on Under Armour, NRG and Chobani. They both left to help run Droga in London in 2016 and made ground breaking work for Ancestry, Uniqlo, SEAT and others. Rick left Droga in 2018 and is now hungry to out his creative mind to work.

Gavin Torrence - Snr/ CD, a superstar creative with amazing work. Fully integrated and winner of 'ad of the decade', a wonderful guy to work with.
Gavin is a fully integrated Creative Director who went freelance in 2017. He started off his career at MCBD and was there for 7 years before it became DARE, he left the following year to Saatchi & Saatchi. After 2 years there he was poached over to the & Partnership. He's created all sorts, from digital and integrated campaigns for Virgin Money and the Met Police, to global TV campaigns for Visa, Guinness and Hovis. Along the way he's won awards from pencils to lions, a couple of grand prix and even 'ad of the decade'. Make sure you watch "Learn the hard way" and "Experience Amazing".

Luke Crawford & Elliott Shiels - Snr level team, fantastic book. A lovely senior team with lots of experience making some fantastic work. 
Luke’s an illustrator, thinker/conceptor and music video maker. He has worked at Leith, Lost Boys as well as several London based places including Rankin and Adjust Your Set (where he worked specifically to make content). Elliot has spent time at BBH, Brothers and Sisters and Mr President. Fun and entertaining campaigns for clients such as Freesat, Carphone Warehouse, Irn Bro, Honda. Music videos and social films for the US band Skaters. Nice craft, skilled copy and a desire to push the barriers and do things differently.

Kevin Masters - Snr CW, brilliant modern thinker, big and small ideas.
Great conceptually and makes work that gets people talking.

Kevin went to Watford before getting hired at JWT. There he spent 7 years making brilliant award-winning work for First Direct, Tiger and KitKat. From there he did a 3-month stint at JWT NY before packing up and moving to Oz after a call from DDB Sydney. In the 4 years he was there he also worked at Havas and Publicis Marcel producing award-winning work for the U.N.'s charity Fund for Peace and for Tiger. A really lovely guy who is looking to develop his CD experience and work closer with Clients.

Alex Milic & Vitor Mainho: Snr Integrated duo, big ideas, strong craft. Big on fashion/lifestyle brands, storty-telling and beautiful executions.
Before teaming up Vitor worked at a number of agencies in the Saatchi&Saatchi / Publicis network across Europe, learning strong craft skills, 360 concept creation and valuable client facing exp. Alex's experience includes in-house and digital/content agency work at places such as Burberry, LAD Bible, Nike so brings a modern, social/cultural vibe to the team. From a documentary piece for Adidas to TVCs and online food stories for Asda no job is too big or too small for this team who bring a well blended mix of craft and ideation to the table.

Jez Willy / Wayne Hanson - CD team, grown ups with a great portfolio. Great pitch winning team with good energy and experience.
Great creative ambition and completely focused on making the best work. While at Karmarama they helped win PlusNet and also did a superb job on Radio 1 Hackney weekend. Since Karmarama they have been into Fold 7 a fair bit helping them win Hilton hotels and coming up with a brilliant idea for Carlsberg (chuggers) for the 2016 Euro's. They have also worked at R/GA helping on pitches, had an idea bought by Specsavers and they helped Brothers & Sisters win uSwitch.

Gary Anderson & Tony Miller - Snr team, Funny work on Levis and Diesel. A great snr team who have a great track record of engaging film and creativity.
Gary & Tony have known each other ever since they met at Fallon in 2008 (where they worked on French Connection but nothing made), and they both had about 5 years in agencies before that.  After their 3 years at Fallon, they left to go freelance at the end of 2012 and haven't looked back since. They have been brought in to most great agencies in London as they know what they are good at and their level of craft and creative thinking is second to none. They have digital, press and TV to show they can apply their thinking anywhere. Worth noting are Levis' Loyal, BBC' Memorabilia and the Virgin Media Launch.

Gary and Victoria Martin-highly awarded hugely experienced snr team. Worked on a host of products & services, both in agencies, and direct to client.
Victoria and Gary have a broad body of work that includes naming and developing brands from scratch, winning pitches, initiating new campaigns and picking up the mantle on existing ones. They are experts at coming up with big, clear ideas and deploying them across all channels. They are happy to work either in-house or remotely. From Iconic Levis or Audi ads to comedic pilot series for broadcast to creating a luxury brand these two can turn their creative minds to an array of projects. Gary also has fashion/retail in-house experience at TK Maxx to add to his CV also.

Radhika Kapur - Snr/CW, Indian background and strong digital skills. Great experience with youth audiences & also great at scriptwriting & Directing
Radhika is a senior creative who has spent most of her career in India working at Leo Burnett, DDB and most recently as a CD at McCann Delhi. Radhika has experience with accounts like VW, HBO, Philips, Nestle and Coca-Cola. She's done digital work for every brand she's worked on (especially for brands such as Aircel and Coca-Cola). Lots of experience with younger audiences and regularly produced content to engage youth across all digital platforms (nice, considering India is the third largest internet user in the world). Earlier in her career, she also worked as an assistant director on Bollywood films!
