Michela Nicchiotti - Mid/Art Director, strong in film and digital. Great ideas and beautiful work across several channels and she can design.
A fantastic art director, Michaela spent over a year at Fallon, just over 2 years at Lean Mean Fighting Machine and then a further 2 years at M&C Saatchi. Between these, she's done lots of freelance so is very used to teaming up or working as a single and across a range of Clients. Michaela is Italian and studied graphic design at Central St Martin. Work worth mentioning is Project Guardian and De:Clone. She's got a great understanding of digital and film.

Ell is a creative all rounder with a mad passion for illustration, video games & Haribo. James Bloom - Snr/CD CW, Journalist background with tech at heart. Brings together screenwriting, journalistic entertainment and a love for tech.
James creates strategic brand campaigns across TV, print and digital, with a specialism in scripted entertainment. He always had a keen interest in the evolving digital world, helping to launch WIRED in the UK, then launching 2 digital content startups. He subsequently transitioned into advertising, working at leading London agencies on TV campaigns through to interactive experiences. He also writes screenplays, is represented by United Agents and has worked with Working Title Films and the BBC. Interesting idea using AI for Dove Hair and the Nokia work was nominated for an Emmy!

Radhika is a senior creative who has spent most of her career in India working at Leo Burnett, DDB and most recently as a CD at McCann Delhi. Radhika has experience with accounts like VW, HBO, Philips, Nestle and Coca-Cola. She's done digital work for every brand she's worked on (especially for brands such as Aircel and Coca-Cola). Lots of experience with younger audiences and regularly produced content to engage youth across all digital platforms (nice, considering India is the third largest internet user in the world). Emma is a senior Creative who both art directs and writes. She started at BBH in 2004 as a grad and moved into branded content there and then the creative dept. She later joined Pulse Films as their creative lead and leaning more into branded entertainment. More recently, she’s been offering campaign, brand, art and content direction for a variety of aspirational fashion, beauty and luxury brands including GHD, M&S fashion, P&G luxury fragrance, Lumene and ASOS. She shot her first vertical video (for social) for Stella Artois Wimbledon Campaign this year. A brilliant writer and modern creative thinker.

(WILDCARD) Marco Ontano - Snr Designer/ AD, High end Fashion and Cars. Marco can art direct, but prefers to be the designer and bring concepts to life.
Marco is a senior designer with a keen eye for high end fashion and cars. He was born in Genoa Italy and studied Fine Art and Visual comms in the UK. Most of his career has been with Leo Burnett WorldWide in Italy where we worked himself up fast to be a CD. Most of his work is around cars and fashion, but also some sport. He is a designer at heart, loves to craft things based on a strong idea. His book also shows some of the work he has done that is more idea based, but you can get a sense of it all in there. hugely passionate about great work. I love the Adidas print executions in the 'portfolio' section.

Gary Martin - CD level Creative, big and small brands, integrated ideas. Strong visual/design aesthetic and an experienced writer.
Gary has a broad body of work that includes naming and developing brands from scratch, multiple pitch wins, initiating new campaigns and picking up the mantle on existing ones. Gary brings a wealth of experience from agencies (AMV, BBH, Mother) as well as in-house at TK Maxx where was creative lead. He co-founded a successful production co - Treatment and has written for TV - sit coms as well as fiIm. He is as happy writing a brand manifesto to a tv ad and has most recently led a team of designers and art directors at Sky Works. Suzanne started her career at St Luke’s and her career evolved to being a CD at Saatchis for a number of years during which time she led big meaty accounts such as ASDA covering all media and most touch points, Weightwatchers and Ariel EMEA. She has both written and often art directed throughout her career, has the experience of writing very human and ‘real’ insights for brands and has also got the experience of longer copy projects such as writing manifestos for businesses such as Marie Curie.
