Ravi Beeharry & Andy Mancuso, Snr/CD team with media and digital experience. Brilliant work on Maison du Monde and have a very British sense of humour.
Ravy and Andy (Randy) have been working as an advertising creative duo for nearly 20 years, the bulk of which was spent at VCCP (9 years) working across iconic brands like o2, Coke Zero, 118-118 and Hyundai. They also helped on some launches (UK launch of iPhone, The o2, very.co.uk, Fabulous Fingers) followed by a years freelance at Forever Beta working on Google, Friends Provident and Mizuno. In 2014 they joined Bauer Media as Creative Directors to work across their portfolio of brands and then they were reunited with Rooney Carruthers and joined George & Dragon in December 2015.

Claudio and Steve met at Publicis London back in 2006. Before that they had spent a collective 14 years in the industry, with the additional decade at Publicis. Wonderful guys, and well known for their work on McDonalds, Crown Jewells and Renault. They have worked on everything from Airbus to the BBC to Vicks. A brilliant visual and written language, both clearly driven by an enormous sense of craft.

Dom Butler & Soren Birk - Mid/Snr, great on culture and fun work. Love to do things that get people involved and becomes part of culture.
Dom & Søren are a mid-senior team. Dom (cw) did 4 years at Grey London working under Nils Leonard and Dave Monk. He lead the WildAid campaign and also got to cut his teeth on HSBC, Lucozade, Emirates, Greene King, Volvo, Vodafone and News UK. In 2016 Dom moved to McCann writing work for Subway, Xbox and a host of brands. Søren (art) was hired by Dan Fischer to join The Martin Agency here in London. He's Danish and started off as a designer in Copenhagen before eventually finding his way to London. He left to go freelance n 2017 with stints at Ogilvy, VCCP, Vaayner Media and Google Creative Labs.

Samantha Laub & Clement Woodward - Snr team, very strategic. A fantastic portfolio with lots of different ideas in different mediums.
Sam and Clem love creating VR experiences as much as writing TV ads. They value great strategic thinking which they feel leads entertaining and engaging work. Between the two of them they've won things ranging from Arrows and Creative Circle Awards to a medal at The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. Since teaming up in 2017 they've worked at Atomic London, Saatchi & Saatchi, W&K, Gravity Road, Brave and more. Before teaming up Clem spent 4 years at VCCP and another 4 at Karmarama. He started as an Art Director and now writes work as well as CD on projects. Highlights have been HSBC Golf "Anyones Game", The Anarchist for Mattesons and helping to win Robinsons for the agency and led. Before Saatchis he worked at The Red Brick Road and won some accolades for his Think Box 'Harvey' tvc. He has worked on Visa, Direct Line, Toyota and other great brands always maintaining a high level of craft and freshness of ideas.

Suzanne Hails - Snr/CD writer, can handle big accounts and tactical social ideas. Suzanne started her career at St Lukes when it was bustling, fearless and funny!
Suzanne started her career at St Luke’s and her career evolved to being a CD at Saatchis for a number of years during which time she led big meaty accounts such as ASDA covering all media and most touch points, Weightwatchers and Ariel EMEA. She has both written and often art directed throughout her career, has the experience of writing very human and ‘real’ insights for brands and has also got the experience of longer copy projects such as writing manifestos for businesses such as Marie Curie. Other skills and experience in her range are a number of total rebrands and new TOV.

Victoria and Gary have a broad body of work that includes naming and developing brands from scratch, winning pitches, initiating new campaigns and picking up the mantle on existing ones. They are experts at coming up with big, clear ideas and deploying them across all channels. They are happy to work either in-house or remotely. From Iconic Levis or Audi ads to comedic pilot series for broadcast to creating a luxury brand these two can turn their creative minds to an array of projects. Conner and Charlie are a great young team who spent 2 years working at Karmarama before going freelance. Before Karma they were also amongst the winners of Cream in 2015. A hard-working team who love to make the most out of what they get to work with.
During their time at Karmarama they made some lovely work for Babybel, Plusnet and beat Mother at a Creative challenge for The Design Museum. Great pair of extra hands.

Joanne and Mark are a senior fully integrated team who write, produce, direct and never sleep. They are idea machines when it comes to branded content, something they have a long history of producing. Joanne has a journalism degree and a St Martins Illustration background. Mark came from a stand up comedy/ perform background, before they teamed up and have been freelancing together ever since. Incredibly versatile, emails, websites TV and social ideas. They love tech and produced a podcast about AI and bots. They both have lots of side projects (produced short films, full on podcasts and radio shows).

Amy and James are a great middleweight team who met at DLKW Lowe during their placement in 2007. Since then they've spent nine years working above, below and through the line for an eclectic mix of clients, from Xero Accounting Software to eBay. Working in every social space, producing bespoke campaigns for different platforms, breaking instagram records and creating an existential YouTube masthead about Big Mac that got 35 million clicks in 24 hours. From HHCL, to St Lukes to Leo Burnetts he has produced wonderful brand stories for the likes of Nintendo, FreeView, Tango, McDonalds, government awareness for Drugs/Drink drving and many more.
