Rick Dodds - ECD level CW, One of the most awarded creatives in the UK. A fantastic creative writer and brilliant to work with, he can also direct himself.
Rick has an exceptional track of work that not only is highly awarded, but also stands out and inspires brands to go further and be braver. He made some great work while at Saatchi & Saatchi in London with T-mobile Dance and welcome back. That was followed up with The European tour which he wrote and shot. That took Rick and his old partner to Droga NY to work on Underarmer, NRG and Chobani. They both left to help run Droga in London in 2016 and made ground breaking work for Ancestry, Uniqlo, SEAT and others. Rick left Droga in 2018 and is now hungry to out his creative mind to work. Eduardo Boldrini & Alex Rose - Snr/a-CD team, award winning 360 team. A Brazilian/British a/CD team, over 10 years experience with design and ideas.
Alex and Eduardo are a senior integrated/ big idea team. Ed is Brazilian, he came to London in 2014 after 12 years as a creative writer in Brazil (JWT Sao Paolo, Escala and Ogilvy). He started off freelancing in London and eventually got hired at McCann Worldgroup. Alex met Ed during his time at TMS, he comes from a graphic design background and has spent 10 years working as a designer/ Art director in a range of agencies both design and conceptual. They left McCann in 2018 where they recently won awards for their work on Felix and MasterCard. Really kind and a great attitude to any brief.

Radhika Kapur - Snr/CW, Indian background and strong digital skills. Great experience with youth audiences & also great at scriptwriting & directing.
Radhika is a senior creative who has spent most of her career in India working at Leo Burnett, DDB and most recently as a CD at McCann Delhi. Radhika has experience with accounts like VW, HBO, Philips, Nestle and Coca-Cola. She's done digital work for every brand she's worked on (especially for brands such as Aircel and Coca-Cola). Lots of experience with younger audiences and regularly produced content to engage youth across all digital platforms (nice, considering India is the third largest internet user in the world). Earlier in her career, she also worked as an assistant director on Bollywood films!

Phil & Grahams hugely successful career spans multiple leading agencies over 30 yrs, the majority of it being spent at RKCR where they crafted award-winning Creative for The Times, (incl. Sunday Times), Virgin Atlantic helping to increase the agency’s size and creative stature ahead of the buyout by Y&R in 2000. Promoted to CDs they went on to oversee accounts including Carlsberg, Virgin Mobile and Kraft Foods. Years at AMV/BBDO, Fallon and latterly CP&B has produced global ads and integrated campaigns for National Lottery, Asda, Sony and Banks Beer always with a stunning or gripping visual and message. Ben & Henrik (Benrik) are very modern tech savvy CD’s. Both did 5 years at CP+B (producing work for Turkish Airlines, Hotels.com, Paddy Power and Diesel) before they left to go freelance. They did almost a year as CD's at R/GA before being hired as CD's at Anomaly in 2017, but left after a year to pursue Clients with a bigger creative ambition. Henrik is Swedish and Ben is French so they can also help with global campaigns as well as local. Work to take note of is: Turkish Airlines, Diesel and Paddy Power.

Gary Anderson / Tony Miller - Snr team, Funny work on Levis and Diesel. A great snr team who have a great track record of engaging film and creativity.
Gary & Tony have known each other ever since they met at Fallon in 2008 (where they worked on French Connection but nothing made), and they both had about 5 years in agencies before that.  After their 3 years at Fallon, they left to go freelance at the end of 2012 and haven't looked back since. They have been brought in to most great agencies in London as they know what they are good at and their level of craft and creative thinking is second to none. They have digital, press and TV to show they can apply their thinking anywhere. Worth noting are Levis' Loyal, BBC' Memorabilia and the Virgin Media Launch.

James creates strategic brand campaigns across TV, print and digital, with a specialism in scripted entertainment. He always had a keen interest in the evolving digital world, helping to launch WIRED in the UK, then launching 2 digital content startups. He subsequently transitioned into advertising, working at leading London agencies on TV campaigns through to interactive experiences. He also writes screenplays, is represented by United Agents and has worked with Working Title Films and the BBC. Interesting idea using AI for Dove Hair and the Nokia work was nominated for an Emmy!
