Gavin is a fully integrated Creative Director who went freelance in 2017.
He started off his career at MCBD and was there for 7 years before it became DARE, he left the following year to Saatchi & Saatchi. After 2 years there he was poached over to the & Partnership. He's created all sorts, from digital and integrated campaigns for Virgin Money and the Met Police, to global TV campaigns for Visa, Guinness and Hovis. Johnny started his career as an Art Director at BBH in '99 where he worked on Audi, Lynx, Levis and Paddy Power. 5 years later he moved to Lowe as Senior AD working on Stella and creating John Lewis' Christmas ad 'Shadow', he also worked on Innocent, Rexona and was made CD of Johnson & Johnson' baby account. in 2009 Johnny was made Head of Art at Publicis London working across the Client portfolio for a few years before going freelance. Since then Johnny has only freelanced and is a very familiar and dependable pair of hands. He is normally alasy busy as a result.

Jason has worked on Tesco and run Morrisons as well as Natwest and Stella.
Jason is a grown up CD with a focus on craft. Having led the creative on some of the biggest banks and supermarkets in the UK he certainly knows his retail and can work at a fast pace. Jason started his career at Bates as an art director working on tobacco, his biggest stints were at Lowe (6 years) and Red Brick Road (6 years). His last perm role was as a CD at M&C Saatchi for just over 2 years before he hit the freelance scene and was brought into Publicis to run Morrisons for 18 months.

Jo is a fantastic conceptual creative and fierce with words. Starting her career at Mother in 2003, she learned with the best and has never looked back since. She spent 2 years at Saatchi & Saatchi before going freelance for the first time in 2011 finding herself at places like Johnny Fearless, Elvis, DLKW, Hyper Naked, Razorfish and more. She was then one of the first hires for Droga London working across Hobbs and Farfetch before going freelance again in 2015. Her book is outstanding and her entrepreneurial spirit is second to none. She's also written the brand campaign for Apple's WWDC 16! An exceptional writer.

Duncan Brooks - Mid/Cw, Great with long copy, funny and brave. Worked on Cadbury, Argos, NY times and more. A brilliant guy who loves to write.
Duncan is a brilliant conceptual creative, who also loves long copy. He started off in house, writing copy for Superdry followed by a few years as a newspaper correspondent and then a year working as a creative writer for branding agency Flourish. This is when he discovered the ad course at Watford. After which he did some placements and got hired at Fallon and then poached to CHI & Partners. He's about 7 years into his career now and decided to go freelance in 2017 to see what other agencies ands brands are like to work with. He's worked on Retail (Argos), media (NY times), Confectionary (Cadbury) and much more.
