Richard spent 7 years at AMV before he split with his partner to take a year off in NZ.  He's as happy writing as he is art directing and while he was in NZ he sharpened his directing skills to also include VR directing (he is very interested in its future). Ollie has had over 10 years creative experience working in
places such as Saatchi and Saatchi, Wieden + Kennedy and Y&R London. 

Over those years Ollie has penned adverts for Nike, Honda, 
San Miguel, Visa, Tesco, and Coke. It was during this time that Ollie learned the craft of narrative storytelling - which is a strong feature in his filmmaking.

Francesco Grandi Senior Copywriter - Worked in Canada, Amsterdam and London.  Lovely guy, smart and different thinking, but can also do brilliant TV. 
Francesco Grandi's Canadian/Italian and prior to becoming a creative, Francesco aged 21 launched his own fashion magazine. He left Canada to teach business English to businesses in Italy, but quickly joined the advertising world to flex his creative muscles. He spent a year at O&M in Canada followed by TBWA/ Toronto for 3 years, then a further 18 months at Cundari as a writer and finally a year at Rethink before moving over to Amsterdam to join 180.  He then got poached over to the UK by the fledging US agency The Martin agency for their London start up. James Bloom - Snr Copywriter, Journalist background with tech at heart. Brings together screenwriting, journalistic entertainment and a love for tech.
James started off as a journalist at the Guardian at 19 and became a contributing editor of GQ by the time he was 20. He always had a keen interest in the evolving digital world which is how he eventually transitioned into doing more content style writing and producing entertainment content. He eventually went agency side and helped launch 2 digital content startups and helped launch WIRED in the UK. Now he is mostly focused on TV ads, online and interactive videos, he also writes screenplays. Interesting idea using AI for Dove Hair and the Nokia work was nominated for an Emmy!
