Radhika Kapur - Snr/CW, Indian background and strong digital skills. Great experience with youth audiences & also great at scriptwriting & Directing
Radhika is a senior creative who has spent most of her career in India working at Leo Burnett, DDB and most recently as a CD at McCann Delhi. Radhika has experience with accounts like VW, HBO, Philips, Nestle and Coca-Cola. She's done digital work for every brand she's worked on (especially for brands such as Aircel and Coca-Cola). Lots of experience with younger audiences and regularly produced content to engage youth across all digital platforms (nice, considering India is the third largest internet user in the world). Earlier in her career, she also worked as an assistant director on Bollywood films!

Matthew Benney & Brendan Howell - Mid/Snr team, experiential/TV/Social. A super versatile team who have digital and TV experience.
Matt & Bren are a senior middleweight team who started their careers in 2005/2007. Matt was a designer and Bren kicked off his career as a digital creative. They met in 20012 when they were hired at VCCP and spent the next 5 years there working on EasyJet, O2 and TFL. They left in 2017 to hit the freelance scene, but ended up perma-lancing at Sapient working on VW and Sky for just over a year and are now back and ready for new briefs. Bren is a father of 2 and Matt is a well travelled guy, they both love sports and are keen to keep making great work.

Sander Vos & Will Grave - Mid-Seniors very versatile and proactive. Cross-channel experience, entertaining solutions for a range of brands.
Sander and Will have a fun and audience first approach to briefs, they have beautifully crafted ads, entertaining content led films and engaging attention grabbing projects in their book as well as a few personal labours of love. Will has made a number of short films including a charity backed film about sex workers, Sander has an on-going street art project as well as a passion for photography and illustration and between them they have racked up some 10 years experience working for renowned London agencies (M&C, Grey, CHI) and a few international places for freelance projects - BBH Shanghai and Ogilvy Brussels.

Luke Crawford & Elliott Shiels - Snr/CD level team, fantastic book. A great senior team with lots of experience making some fantastic work. (Free from 17th August).
Luke’s an illustrator, thinker/conceptor and music video maker. He has worked at Leith, Lost Boys as well as several London based places including Rankin and Adjust Your Set (where he worked specifically to make content). Elliot has spent time at BBH, Brothers and Sisters and Mr President. Fun and entertaining campaigns for clients such as Freesat, Carphone Warehouse, Irn Bro, Honda. Music videos and social films for the US band Skaters. Nice craft, skilled copy and a desire to push the barriers and do things differently.

Anna Grudeva & Martin Jeyes - Mid/Snr team, great social & tv work. She can design (UX and graphics) and he is a wordsmith. Can work in any media.
Anna and Martin are a great integrated senior middleweight team. Anna (Bulgarian) was a UX designer for Amazon in another life, while Martin (British) has combined his creative duties with being chief proofreader at one agency. They have separately had stints at Adam & Eve/DDB, VCCP, BMB, CHI & partners, 4Creative and finally Quiet Storm where they met and worked together for most of 2017/18 . Worth having a look at their work for Vimto. Haribo is in there to show they can also work on tricky briefs.

Conner & Charlie - Jnr/mid team. Great thinkers, hard working and fun. These guys love to surprise by taking something little and making it great.
Conner and Charlie are a great young team who spent 2 years working at Karmarama before going freelance. Before Karma they were also amongst the winners of Cream in 2015. A hard-working team who love to make the most out of what they get to work with. During their time at Karmarama they made some lovely work for Babybel, Plusnet and beat Mother at a Creative challenge for The Design Museum. Great pair of extra hands.

WILDCARD/SUPERSTAR: Rick Dodds - ECD level CW, One of the most awarded creatives in the UK. A fantastic creative to work with who can also direct.
Rick has an exceptional track of work that not only is highly awarded, but also stands out and inspires brands to go further and be braver. He made some great work while at Saatchi & Saatchi in London with T-mobile Dance and welcome back. That was followed up with The European tour which he wrote and shot. That took Rick and his old partner to Droga NY to work on Underarmer, NRG and Chobani. They both left to help run Droga in London in 2016 and made ground breaking work for Ancestry, Uniqlo, SEAT and others. Rick left Droga in 2018 and is now hungry to out his creative mind to work.

Alison Bracegirdle - Senior / CD level creative and copywriter. Audience led, culture embedded ideas driven with strong digital and social agency experience.
Alison has a strong strategic and media neutral approach to her work, She started off as journalist and producer before moving into the ad world at Sid Lee in Canada working on Adidas, Danone, Red Bull and Garnier. Once in London she had a stint at Razorfish (where she created the 'All things Hair' award winning platform) and also gained experience freelancing at Wednesday, BBH, CP+B, R/GA, Y&R, We Are Social, I-D magazine and others. She is also an entrepreneur at heart and on the side has set up a new venture called Yung Club, the first immersive yoga experience fusing music, lights and yoga together. She is super cool, loves to be creative and play around with all types of media, brands and audiences.

James Bloom - Snr Copywriter, Journalist background with tech at heart. Brings together screenwriting, journalistic entertainment and a love for tech.
James started off as a journalist at the Guardian at 19 and became a contributing editor of GQ by the time he was 20. He always had a keen interest in the evolving digital world which is how he eventually transitioned into doing more content style writing and producing entertainment content. He eventually went agency side and helped launch 2 digital content startups and helped launch WIRED in the UK. Now he is mostly focused on TV ads, online and interactive videos, he also writes screenplays. Interesting idea using AI for Dove Hair and the Nokia work was nominated for an Emmy!

Eduardo Boldrini & Alex Rose - Snr/a-CD team, award winning 360 team. A Brazilian/British a/CD team, over 10 years experience with design and ideas
Alex and Eduardo are a senior integrated/ big idea team. Ed is Brazilian, he came to London in 2014 after 12 years as a creative writer in Brazil (JWT Sao Paolo, Escala and Ogilvy). He started off freelancing in London and eventually got hired at McCann Worldgroup. Alex met Ed during his time at TMS, he comes from a graphic design background and has spent 10 years working as a designer/ Art director in a range of agencies both design and conceptual. They left McCann in 2018 where they recently won awards for their work on Felix and MasterCard. Really kind and a great attitude to any brief.

Ravi Beeharry & Andy Mancuso, Snr/CD team with media and digital exp. Brilliant work on Maison du Monde and have a very British sense of humour.
Ravy and Andy (Randy) have been working as an advertising creative duo for nearly 20 years, the bulk of which was spent at VCCP (9 years) working across iconic brands like o2, Coke Zero, 118-118 and Hyundai. They also helped on some launches (UK launch of iPhone, The o2, very.co.uk, Fabulous Fingers) followed by a years freelance at Forever Beta working on Google, Friends Provident and Mizuno. In 2014 they joined Bauer Media as Creative Directors to work across their portfolio of brands and then they were reunited with Rooney Carruthers and joined George & Dragon in December 2015.

Lloyd Daniel & Jennifer Ross - Midweight team, strong ideas throughout. Both have made some great work during their short careers. Stars in the making.
Both are about 3.5 years into their careers. Jen has mostly freelanced, she spent 5 months at Droga, then moved to Mother and sold in + made a really nice bit of work for Ikea. After that she went to Brothers & Sisters for 5 months, followed by a further 6 months at the Corner when her old partner decided to go back to France. Liam is the Art Director, went to UAL and also spent some time at Mother before being Dan Fisher's first hire at the Martin Agency here in London. He spent 2 years working directly with him and being part of some great work. Jen and Lloyd partnered up late 2017 going straight in Karmarama.
