Rick Dodds - CD/cw, One of the most awarded creatives in the UK. A fantastic creative to work with who can also direct. 
Rick has an exceptional track of work that not only is highly awarded, but also stands out and inspires brands to go further and be braver. He made some great work while at Saatchi & Saatchi in London with T-mobile Dance and welcome back. That was followed up with The European tour which he wrote and shot. That took Rick and his old partner to Droga NY to work on Underarmer, NRG and Chobani. They both left to help run Droga in London in 2016 and made ground breaking work for Ancestry, Uniqlo, SEAT and others. Rick left Droga in 2018 and is now hungry to out his creative mind to work.

Luke Crawford & Elliott Shiels - Snr/CD level team, fantastic book. A great senior team with lots of experience making some fantastic work. (Free from 28th August).
Luke’s an illustrator, thinker/conceptor and music video maker. He has worked at Leith, Lost Boys as well as several London based places including Rankin and Adjust Your Set (where he worked specifically to make content). Elliot has spent time at BBH, Brothers and Sisters and Mr President. Fun and entertaining campaigns for clients such as Freesat, Carphone Warehouse, Irn Bro, Honda. Music videos and social films for the US band Skaters. Nice craft, skilled copy and a desire to push the barriers and do things differently.

Duncan is a brilliant conceptual creative, who also loves long copy. He started off in house, writing copy for Superdry followed by a few years as a newspaper correspondent and then a year working as a creative writer for branding agency Flourish. This is when he discovered the ad course at Watford. After which he did some placements and got hired at Fallon and then poached to CHI & Partners. He's about 7 years into his career now and decided to go freelance in 2017 to see what other agencies ands brands are like to work with. He's worked on Retail (Argos), media (NY times), Confectionary (Cadbury) and much more.

Radhika is a senior creative who has spent most of her career in India working at Leo Burnett, DDB and most recently as a CD at McCann Delhi. Radhika has experience with accounts like VW, HBO, Philips, Nestle and Coca-Cola. She's done digital work for every brand she's worked on (especially for brands such as Aircel and Coca-Cola). Lots of experience with younger audiences and regularly produced content to engage youth across all digital platforms (nice, considering India is the third largest internet user in the world). Earlier in her career, she also worked as an assistant director on Bollywood films!

Sander and Will have a fun and audience first approach to briefs, they have beautifully crafted ads, entertaining content led films and engaging attention grabbing projects in their book as well as a few personal labours of love. Will has made a number of short films including a charity backed film about sex workers, Sander has an on-going street art project as well as a passion for photography and illustration and between them they have racked up some 10 years experience working for renowned London agencies (M&C, Grey, CHI) and a few international places for freelance projects - BBH Shanghai and Ogilvy Brussels.

Peter Giblin - Mid/Snr CW/AD, great with 360 ideas that tend to go viral. Conceptual and directs film. Ex Grey London and wants his work to entertain.
Pete started off his career at Weapon 7 in 2011. He worked on a lot of email marketing and banners before he created his first viral sensation for Mercedes. During his 2.5 years there he produced great work for Mercedes (both digital and film). He joined Grey London in 2014 and spent 4 years there before going freelance to help him do more directing. He worked on Emirates, Duracell, Brother, Polident and Vodafone. He's written and produced his own short film about domestic abuse and written a short called 'Benefits' for Channel 4. A very nice guy who is very proactive and feels confident as a writer and art director.

Alex and Eduardo are a senior integrated/ big idea team. Ed is Brazilian, he came to London in 2014 after 12 years as a creative writer in Brazil (JWT Sao Paolo, Escala and Ogilvy). He started off freelancing in London and eventually got hired at McCann Worldgroup. Alex met Ed during his time at TMS, he comes from a graphic design background and has spent 10 years working as a designer/ Art director in a range of agencies both design and conceptual. They left McCann in 2018 where they recently won awards for their work on Felix and MasterCard. Really kind and a great attitude to any brief.

Francesco Grandi Senior Copywriter - Worked in Canada, Amsterdam and London.  Lovely guy, smart and different thinking, but can also do brilliant TV.  (Pencilled for another gig)
Francesco Grandi's Canadian/Italian and prior to becoming a creative, Francesco aged 21 launched his own fashion magazine. He left Canada to teach business English to businesses in Italy, but quickly joined the advertising world to flex his creative muscles. He spent a year at O&M in Canada followed by TBWA/ Toronto for 3 years, then a further 18 months at Cundari as a writer and finally a year at Rethink before moving over to Amsterdam to join 180.  He then got poached over to the UK by the fledging US agency The Martin agency for their London start up. Work of note: funny (Casey's), smart (Uber Safe) and different.

Tom is a half Finnish half English largely self-taught Designer/Creative/Art director. He worked as an art director on Nike @ Wieden+Kennedy London before going travelling for a year.. He's also worked as a freelance Illustrator/Designer/Creative for clients Including: Visa, Innocent Smoothies, Spotify, Adobe and Airbnb. Before that, he worked as a freelance logo designer successfully branding over 100+ businesses. He makes extra money from creating & selling fonts, design templates and photo filters online.

James Bloom - Snr Copywriter, Journalist background with tech at heart. Brings together screenwriting, journalistic entertainment and a love for tech.
James started off as a journalist at the Guardian at 19 and became a contributing editor of GQ by the time he was 20. He always had a keen interest in the evolving digital world which is how he eventually transitioned into doing more content style writing and producing entertainment content. He eventually went agency side and helped launch 2 digital content startups and helped launch WIRED in the UK. Now he is mostly focused on TV ads, online and interactive videos, he also writes screenplays. Interesting idea using AI for Dove Hair and the Nokia work was nominated for an Emmy!
