Eduardo Boldrini & Alex Rose - Snr/aCD team, award winning 360 team. A Brazilian/British a/CD team with over 10 years experience each. 
Alex and Eduardo have just left McCann where they have recently won awards for their work on Felix and MasterCard. 
Ed is Brazilian, he came to London in 2014 after 12 years as a creative writer in Brazil (JWT Sao Paolo, Escala and Ogilvy).  He started off freelancing in London and eventually got hired at McCann Worldgroup.
Alex met Ed during his time at TMS, he comes from a graphic design background and has spent 10 years working as a designer/ Art director in a range of agencies both design and conceptual.

Richard spent 7 years at AMV before he split with his partner to take a year off in NZ.  He's as happy writing as he is art directing and while he was in NZ he sharpened his directing skills to also include VR directing (he is very interested in its future). He likes to do the work and get his hands stuck in, but also enjoys Creative Directing where he gets to form better relationships with Clients. Before AMV, he was at WCRS, Agency.com and DARE. His book is full of great work for Pepsi Max and BT.

Caroline Petrie / Brochan Watts - Midweight team who love ideas. Proactive, integrated and are excited to work on briefs in any channel.
Caroline (AD) did 3.5 years at Leith agency before she moved to McCann Manchester and spent a further 3 years there. She did 1 year at Ogilvy London before teaming up with Brochan and getting hired at CHI. She also writes horror movie scripts on the side.
They have been together for almost 3 years now. Brochan (CW) has a fashion degree, he's a pro triathloner and is writing a musical. 
He started off working at AIS, Albion and Ogilvy before he met Caroline. 
They are kings of proactive ideas and a fantastic integrated and ATL team. Make sure you check out their proactive page when you have a look

Andy Drugan / Phil Deacon - Snr team, Entrepreneurial and experienced

Andy is the writer, spent 10 years at St Lukes, 1 at BBH and then a further 7 years at Leo's where he met Phil. Phil (Art director, designer, illustrator) spent almost 12 years at Leo's and one at McCann's before he went freelance. Both very entrepreneurial, Phil makes designs for t-shirts and builds bikes, Andy launched Guandong Enterprises, a supposedly Chinese website and social media campaign, selling ‘The Wrong Royal Wedding mug’. It went viral, hit the headlines around the world, featured on Fox News and sold 7000 mugs in two days.
Both have lots of experience on big and small brands, global and local.

A team who've been creating and crafting ideas for brands for over 20 years at many of London's top advertising agencies including adamandeveDDB, Now, RKCR/Y&R, Lowes, AKQA, O&M, St Luke's, Bainsfair Sharkey Trott and Bates. Al Brown - Snr/Cw, Strong big idea creative and pitch winner. Al is happy to work with someone or on his own. Into his sports and music. 
Al has worked at some brilliant agencies during his career and has also spent a lot of time on his music business. He was a very early adopter of the freelance creative model. He started his career with a couple of years at Tribal DDB before going into BBH for another few years. In 2010 he went freelance for the first time, with stints at BBDO Guerrera and Mother London.
