Aaron Hodgson - Account Director, Ex Anomaly, BETC, Fallon and Pablo. Aaron is a grade A guy,  kind, loyal, trust worthy, fair. He’s really switched on to the world around him. Ella Clay - Account Director, worked at Droga5, Sunshine, Brooklyn Brothers and Elvis. Experienced across the world of social, entertainment, customer journeys and advertising.
Ella is a modern thinking Account Director who has excellent project management skills and loves working in partnership with creatives. She is bright and will ask the right questions to get under the skin of a business problem. At Sunshine she did some interesting work with the BBC building an editorial platform for the genre of Nature called the Happiness Project. Finishing up at Droga5 on Wednesday 27th June before a holiday from Thursday 28th until Fri 6th July. (available to interview before Thursday 28th June).

Kate Douglas - Account Director. Switched on, smart, creative SAD. Bubbly personality, makes difficult stuff happen.
Recently freelanced at BETC on Rimmel managing a tricky set of clients. Before that she worked at Mr President where she led  and won the Ballantine's business so is well versed in pitching as well as leading business. Prior to this, she was at Grey where she is most proud of the work they did for Comic Relief, winning a Silver at Cannes. Before that she was at McCann, with one highlight being to lead the global integrated Mastercard account to being named 'Most effective Sponsor of the Rugby World Cup in 2015'.  Kate finishes up at BETC in early July before taking a holiday.
