Andy Drugan & Phil Deacon - Snr team, entrepreneurial and funny. Lots of great TV in their book. Keep an eye out for #publooshocker!
Andy and Phil, a senior team with a great entrepreneurial sprit. Andy (cw) spent 10 years at St Lukes, 1 at BBH and then a further 7 years at Leo Burnett where he met Phil. Phil (Art director, designer, illustrator) spent almost 12 years at Leo's and one at McCann's before he went freelance. Phil makes designs for t-shirts and builds bikes, Andy launched Guandong Enterprises, selling ‘The Wrong Royal Wedding mug’. It went viral and he sold 7000 mugs in two days. Both have lots of experience on big and small brands, global and local.  Work to note; Centre Parcs and Kelloggs

Conner & Charlie - Jnr/mid team. Great thinkers, hard working and fun. These guys love to surprise by taking something little and making it great.
Conner and Charlie are a great young team who spent 2 years working at Karmarama before going freelance. Before Karma they were also amongst the winners of Cream in 2015. A hard-working team who love to make the most out of what they get to work with.
During their time at Karmarama they made some lovely work for Babybel, Plusnet and beat Mother at a Creative challenge for The Design Museum. Great pair of extra hands.
Day rate: £200

Gary Anderson / Tony Miller - Snr team, Funny work on Levis and Diesel
A great snr team who have a great track record of engaging film and creativity.

Gary & Tony have known each other ever since they met at Fallon in 2008 (where they worked on French Connection but nothing made), and they both had about 5 years in agencies before that.  After their 3 years at Fallon, they left to go freelance at the end of 2012 and haven't looked back since. They have been brought in to most great agencies in London as they know what they are good at and their level of craft and creative thinking is second to none. They have digital, press and TV to show they can apply their thinking anywhere. Worth noting are Levis' Loyal, BBC' Memorabilia and the Virgin Media Launch.
Day rate: £400pp

Anna Grudeva & Martin Jeyes - Mid/Snr team, great social & tv work. She can design (UX and graphics) and he is a wordsmith. Can work in any media.
Anna and Martin are a great integrated senior middleweight team. Anna (Bulgarian) was a UX designer for Amazon in another life, while Martin (British) has combined his creative duties with being chief proofreader at one agency. They have separately had stints at Adam & Eve/DDB, VCCP, BMB, CHI & partners, 4Creative and finally Quiet Storm where they met and worked together for most of 2017/18 . Worth having a look at their work for Vimto. Haribo is in there to show they can also work on tricky briefs.
Day rate: £375

Eduardo Boldrini & Alex Rose - Award winning 360 team, A Brazilian/British a/CD team, over 10 years experience with design and ideas (FREE FROM 31st Aug)

He started off freelancing in London and eventually got hired at McCann Worldgroup. Alex met Ed during his time at TMS, he comes from a graphic design background and has spent 10 years working as a designer/ Art director in a range of agencies both design and conceptual. They left McCann in 2018 where they recently won awards for their work on Felix and MasterCard. Really kind and a great attitude to any brief.
