For an Inside IR35 brief, Genie will issue you this document. Please email support@meetgenie.co and a member of the team will be able to provide this for you.
For an Outside IR35 or Exempt brief, Genie would have paid your LTD company so therefore your LTD company will issue you this document.
For an Umbrella brief, your umbrella company is responsible for issuing you this document.
