Gary and Victoria Martin - Snr team, highly awarded hugely experienced. Worked on a host of products & services, both in agencies, and direct to client.
Victoria and Gary have a broad body of work that includes naming and developing brands from scratch, winning pitches, initiating new campaigns and picking up the mantle on existing ones. They are experts at coming up with big, clear ideas and deploying them across all channels. They are happy to work either in-house or remotely. From Iconic Levis or Audi ads to comedic pilot series for broadcast to creating a luxury brand these two can turn their creative minds to an array of projects. Gary and Neil started at BBH in 2010 and moved to M&C after 4 years, but only stayed 2 years as their ECD left. They took a role at Leagas to work with some of their old CD's, but left shortly after to go freelance late 2016. Their book is full of great stuff, both for charities and clients alike. They have a great sense of humour and engage with audiences across the spectre. At BBH they did great work for Audi, Virgin and Bernardo's. At M&C they did great work for TFL and Matalan. Recently they made the funny "Can't be arsed party" to help get younger people to vote.

We won the Matalan fashion pitch at BBH and produced it's first three television adverts and print and OOH. Andy and Phil, a senior team with a great entrepreneurial spirit. Andy (cw) spent 10 years at St Lukes, 1 at BBH and then a further 7 years at Leo Burnett where he met Phil. Phil (Art director, designer, illustrator) spent almost 12 years at Leo's and one at McCann's before he went freelance. Phil makes designs for t-shirts and builds bikes, Andy launched Guandong Enterprises, selling ‘The Wrong Royal Wedding mug’. It went viral and he sold 7000 mugs in two days. Great creative ambition and completely focused on making the best work. While at Karmarama they helped win PlusNet and also did a superb job on Radio 1 Hackney weekend. Since Karmarama they have been into Fold 7 a fair bit helping them win Hilton hotels and coming up with a brilliant idea for Carlsberg (chuggers) for the 2016 Euro's. They have also worked at R/GA helping on pitches, had an idea bought by Specsavers and they helped Brothers & Sisters win uSwitch.

Emma Castagno - Snr/Hybrid, Branded content specialist, beauty/fashion. Social, digital and always brilliant story telling. Fun and punchy work.
Emma is a senior Creative who both art directs and writes. She started at BBH in 2004 as a grad and moved into branded content there and then the creative dept. She later joined Pulse Films as their creative lead and leaning more into branded entertainment. More recently, she’s been offering campaign, brand, art and content direction for a variety of aspirational fashion, beauty and luxury brands including GHD, M&S fashion, P&G luxury fragrance, Lumene and ASOS. She shot her first vertical video (for social) for Stella Artois Wimbledon Campaign this year. A brilliant writer and modern creative thinker.

Jack & Jake have a truly entrepreneurial mindset and are constantly thinking of interesting products or good business ideas. They both come from a design background but are equally happy writing up copy as working conceptually. Their career started with almost 4 years at VCCP before they went to Analogue Folk so they could learn about the digital world (they sold in some great work on Marmite, to help push trial). They were then poached by their old CD to work at Poke, where they sold in a big idea for Heineken. They left to go freelance in June 2018.

He was one of the founders of Tomato the internationally acclaimed design studio of the 90s and naughties that specialised in graphic design, branding, advertising, music, architecture and interiors, he was also ECD for Aspesi the Italian Clothing brand whose flagship store in Milan was voted "Best Store in the World" by Wallpapers international panel of judges. He was also part of the team who breathed new life in to French Connection's flagging brand with the fresh Man/Woman campaign along with Richard Flintham at 101 and he was a joint ECD of Fallon....

They were there 10 years before being made ECD's of Team Saatchi. They have been freelancing since 2013 and their book is full of good work that I'm sure you'll recognise for brands like Mattesons, Ford, NSPCC, Toyota and more.

Caroline (AD) did 3.5 years at Leith agency before she moved to McCann Manchester and spent a further 3 years there. She did 1 year at Ogilvy London before teaming up with Brochan and getting hired at CHI. She also writes horror movie scripts on the side. They have been together for almost 3 years now. Brochan (CW) has a fashion degree, he's a pro triathloner and is writing a musical. He started off working at AIS, Albion and Ogilvy before he met Caroline. Alex and Eduardo are a senior integrated/ big idea team. Ed is Brazilian, he came to London in 2014 after 12 years as a creative writer in Brazil (JWT Sao Paolo, Escala and Ogilvy). He started off freelancing in London and eventually got hired at McCann Worldgroup. Alex met Ed during his time at TMS, he comes from a graphic design background and has spent 10 years working as a designer/ Art director in a range of agencies both design and conceptual. They left McCann in 2018 where they recently won awards for their work on Felix and MasterCard. Really kind and a great attitude to any brief.
